We spent a great day on site at the soon-to-be-completed Four Pillars Distillery 2.0 in Healesville. It was such a wonderful taste of what’s to come. We enjoyed the gin masterclass with Cameron Mackenzie and Stu Gregor, gin snacks by Matt Wilkinson, and a tour of the sparkling new spaces with Breathe Project Lead, Camilla Carmichael.
